Refund & Return Policy

At My Evil Things, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing. We encourage you to review the size guide on each product page carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once we review your claim, we'll offer a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun and we may be unable to cancel. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
