4. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled and shipped after production is complete. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. My Evil Things is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
